某导弹气动跟踪力矩器卡死问题探讨

By the method of fault tree analysis ( FTA ) , for a certain type of missile aerodynamic tracking torque, the various factors affecting the stuck fault are analyzed .Through accurate detection of micro excess tailing particles of gas and electron microscope analysis of related parts , the fault reason is located.Through the reasonable heat treatment methods , physical properties on the working surface and the performance of the parts are improved , and the stuck problem is solved .%采用故障树分析（ FTA）的方法，对某型导弹气动跟踪力矩器卡死故障的各种影响因素进行了分析。通过对气体中微观多余物颗粒的准确检测和相关零件的电镜分析，准确定位了故障原因。通过合理的热处理方法，改善了零件工作表面的物理特性，提高了零件性能，解决了卡死问题。
