水文非一致性变异及其对水库防洪影响的研究进展

摘要

分析了国内水文非一致性变异及其对水库防洪影响研究存在的问题，评述了水文非一致性变异的检验方法和频率计算中所涉及的还原或还现、直接频率法及水文非一致性变异对水库防洪的影响等，指出水文非一致性变异对水库防洪影响需在进一步研究变异诊断方法和频率分析计算的基础上，重视对防洪影响的科学评价与应对措施。%Problems in current research on hydrological serial variation under non-stationary conditions and their impacts on flood control of reservoirs were analyzed. The test methods for hydrological serial variation under non-stationary conditions, the backward restore/forward restore and direct frequency method involved in frequency calculation, and the impacts of hydrological serial variation under non-stationary conditions on flood control of reservoirs were evaluated. It is pointed out that scientific evaluation of the impacts and corresponding measures should be highlighted based on further research of detection methods and frequency analysis.
