INTEGRATED HYDROLOGIC CIRCUITS IN VALLEY-SYSTEMS FOR WATER-SUPPLY, HYDRO-ELECTRICITY AND FLOOD-CONTROL

The present invention teaches the construction of integrated hydrologic circuits to collect, filter, store, and transport of groundwater in valley systems for water-supply, hydro-electricity, and flood-control. The hydrologic circuits consists of one or more of the following : sources and sinks of water (hydropotential), obstructions to groundwater flow (hydroresistors), natural or man-made filtering devices (hydrofilters), groundwater-collectors (hydrocapacitors), groundwater-storages (hydrocapacitors), insulation devices to prevent water loss (hydroinsulators) and water-transport systems (hydroconductors), in combination with other elements.
