EXAFS对As—Ge—Te三元体系玻璃体结构研究

摘要

The change trends of the glass structure of the three component system AsGe-Te were studied by the method EXAFS, based on the phase diagram works of this system. That provides scientific basis for the preparation and the application of the above-mentioned system.
