Based on the vibration analysis of mechanical model of electro-hydraulic-servo and electro-magnetic-resonant fatigue testing machines, the expressions of dynamic force errors of the two types of fatigue testing machines are derived. The main factors effect on amplitude of the inertial force, such as working frequency, mass and stiffness of gripping devices or specimen and so on,are analyzed. Based on the theoretic research,a series of comparison experiments of dynamic force calibration were carried out to test and verify the results of theoretic analysis. The correction of dynamic force error of fatigue testing machine is discussed, and the advice on choice of calibration devices and gripping devices is given.%研究了电液伺服式和电磁谐振式两类疲劳试验机,在对其力学模型振动分析的基础上,得到了两类试验机动态力值误差的解析表达式.分析了影响惯性力大小的主要因素,如工作频率、连接夹具或试样的质量、刚度等,进行了多组比较试验,对理论分析结果进行了验证.讨论了疲劳试验机动态力误差的修正,并对校准装置和夹具的选择提出了建议.
