基于小波去噪和经验模态分解算法的足尺人造板动态称重研究

         

摘要

In order to measure the quality of full-size wood composite panels under the condition of vibration,a new dynamic weighing method is proposed based on wavelet denoising and empirical mode decomposition (EMD).Wavelet denoising is used to preprocess the sampling signal of force sensor and reduce the effects of noise on the EMD.The more reasonable of sifting stopping criteria of intrisical mode function(IMF) and endpoint effect suppression method is put forward to improve the accuracy of dynamic weighing;Using LabVIEW to write dynamic weighing procedures and test,the results show that the proposed method can effectively measure the quality of full-size wood composite panels under the condition of free vibration,and the maximum weighing error is less than 0.4%.%为了在振动状态下测量出足尺人造板质量,提出了一种基于小波去噪和经验模态分解的动态称重方法.采用小波去噪对力传感器的采样信号进行预处理,降低噪声对经验模态分解产生的影响;采用更合理的本征模函数筛选停止准则和端点效应抑制方法,提高动态称重精度;利用LabVIEW编写动态称重程序并进行试验.结果表明,该方法可以有效测得自由振动状态下的足尺人造板质量,且最大称重误差在0.4%以内.
