去泛素化酶USP7在细胞中的功能*作用及其研究进展

摘要

Ubiquitin-specific protease7（USP7）属于半胱氨酸蛋白酶，是去泛素化酶家族Deubiquitinases（DUBs）的重要成员之一。近年来研究表明USP7能调节细胞内众多蛋白底物的活性和功能，包括抑瘤蛋白、DNA修复蛋白、免疫应答蛋白、病毒蛋白、表观遗传调节子等，在疾病的发生发展中起着重要的作用。这篇文章综述了U S P7在细胞中的功能作用以及在肿瘤和病毒性疾病中的最新研究进展。%Ubiquitin-specific protease7 (USP7 )is a cysteine protease and one of the important members of Deubiquiti-nases(DUBs).Recent studies have confirmed that USP7 can mediates the regulation of activities and functions of many proteins in cell,including tumor-suppresor protein,DNA repair protein,immune response protein,virus protein,epigenet-ic regulator et al,plays an important role in the development and progression in lots of diseases.This paper summarizes the advanced research of USP7’s function in cell,tumor and viral disease.
