猪圆环病毒2型江西樟树株的分离与鉴定

摘要

The study identified the strain of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) from the blood, lung and lymph node of suspec-ted PCV2-infected pigs in a pig farm of Zhangshu city of Jiangxi province by using the method of PCR amplification .The positive PCV2 strain from the specimens was isolated and purified .After the experimental pigs were infected by the isolated PCV 2, real-time PCR and immunohistochemistry were performed to determine the PCV 2 from the related organs of the experimental pigs .The re-sults showed that this isolated PCV2 strain from the infected pigs could be detected by PCR and indirect immunofluorescence (IFA).Fluorescence quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry could detect the isolated PCV 2 from the related organs in artifi-cially-infected experimental pigs.%　　对江西省樟树市某猪场疑似PCV2感染猪的血液、肺脏和淋巴结等病料进行PCR扩增检测，将PCR检测为PCV2阳性的病料进行PCV2病毒的分离，并将分离纯化的PCV2病毒接种试验猪，获取感染PCV2的试验猪的相关脏器进行荧光定量PCR和免疫组化检测。结果表明：利用间接免疫荧光试验（IFA）和PCR方法可以确定PCV2的存在。利用荧光定量PCR和免疫组化可以检测到人工感染PCV2的试验猪相关脏器有PCV2病毒的存在。
