随着中国的高速发展，用中国人自己的话语来解释中国和世界已经变得日益迫切，十八大以来，中国梦的提出就是在学习借鉴人类文明成果的基础上，用中国的理论研究和话语体系解读中国实践、中国道路，是具有中国特色、中国风格、中国气派的哲学社会科学学术话语体系，要真正使具有话语创新意义的中国梦走向世界、走向社会，首先需要走向学理，需要中国梦与中国梦需要就是在这个意义上提出来，通过对需要中国梦与中国梦需要的辩证把握，能夯实中国梦的学理基础，从而促进中国梦走向社会、走向世界。%With the rapid development of China,it has become increasingly urgent for us to explain China and the world in the words of Chinese people.The proposals of China dream since the CPC′s 18th National Congress are just such a kind of philoso-phy and social science academic discourse system with Chinese characteristics,style and largess.They are conceptions which are based on lessons learned and drawn from the achievements of human civilization,but which interpret China′s practice and road with our own theoretical research and discourse system.To promote the utterance -innovative China dream into the world and so-ciety,scientific theories concerned should be advanced first.Under this background,the proposal of China Dream in need and the need of China Dream is raised.A dialectical grasp of it will reinforce the theoretical basis of Chinese dream,so that the dream can really move toward society and the world.
