运用自我评价提高高职院校学生的自主学习能力的探索

摘要

近年来，“自主学习”这个词非常流行，我们对此也非常熟悉。在英语教学和学习过程中，它受到了广泛的关注。可以肯定的是，教学的其中一个主要目标是培养学生的自主学习能力。培养学生自主学习能力的途径有很多，比如合作学习，反思性学习，同辈评估等等。然而，学习者的自我评价这个途径往往被忽视。
　　自我评价被认为是学生有效的学习以及将来职业发展和终身学习所必须具备的一项很重要的技能。但是，作为一名高职院校的英语教师，本人在教学过程中发现，目前学生的自我评价和自主学习能力还存在很大欠缺。所以，作者希望通过研究来探索两个问题:1.自我评价是否在高职院校英语学习过程得到广泛运用？2.自我评价能否够有效地提高学生的自主学习能力？
　　本研究的受试者是浙江工商职业技术学院的非英语专业的两个班级的学生，共96名。本研究采用多种数据收集方法:教师调查问卷，学生调查问卷，英语测验，半结构访谈等。通过对数据的定量、定性分析，结果表明，在目前的英语课程学习中，学生很少进行有效的自我评价。而采用自我评价对于改善学生的自主学习能力有重要作用。本文在最后部分提出了此次研究的启示和不足以及将来对此类研究的一些建议。
