摘要

随着我国医药行业国际化水平的不断提高,其对既具备药学专业知识又拥有英语技能的人才需求日益增加。药学英语作为高职院校药学及相关专业学生学习专业英语阶段的英语课程,是高职院校英语教学的重要组成部分。该课程的开设为培养国际化的医药人才提供了有力保障。
  在语言教学领域,自主学习作为一个热门话题,要求学习者成为自主的学习者。根据建构主义,人本主义等理论,只有学习者积极地投入到学习活动中,学习才会有效。同样,在药学英语教学中,培养学生自主学习能力也十分重要。
  本研究以浙江医药高等专科学校药学专业88位学生作为研究对象,对高职药学英语教学中学习策略培训对培养学生自主学习能力的有效性进行了实证性研究。研究发现学生在药学英语学习过程中存在着自主学习能力薄弱、学习策略缺失的情况,提出通过在课堂教学中对学生进行策略培训来提高学生的自主学习能力。然后根据既定的研究方案对学生进行有的放矢的学习策略培训。本研究探讨了以下两个问题:1、高职药学英语教学中,学习策略培训对学生自主学习能力有什么程度的影响?2、高职药学英语教学中,学习策略培训对学生的成绩有什么程度的影响?
  本研究采取了问卷调查法,测验法和访谈法。实验结果表明,经过学习策略培训后,实验班学生的自主学习能力要比控制班学生提升很多。同时,实验班的英语期末考试平均分由62.85分提高到76.46分,进步显著。因此,在药学英语教学中,学习策略的培训对提高学生自主学习能力是有效的,并在一定程度上促进了学生学业成绩以及应试能力的提高。
  鉴于学习策略培训对提高学生自主学习能力的有效性,作者建议在高职药学英语教学过程中,应注意将学习策略培训融入到课堂中,以提高学生的自主学习能力,让学生真正成为学习的主体。
