新媒体在大学英语听力教学中的应用研究——以上海师范大学网络自主学习平台为例

摘要

随着信息技术的快速发展，新媒体正改变着各行各业的面貌。大学英语网络自主学习平台作为新媒体在外语教学中的一个重要形式，顺应国家教育部大学英语教学改革的要求，其个性化的自主学习模式，也为大学生的语言学习提供便捷的条件。
　　本文运用克拉申的可理解性输入理论，以上海师范大学的英语自主学习平台为研究样本，探讨新媒体在当今大学英语听力教学中的应用现状，并提出构建真实有效的人机交互式大学英语听力教学模式的具体建议。
　　本研究采用问卷调查，访谈和实验等研究方法，首先对上海师范大学非英语专业的127名学生进行问卷调查，通过SPSS分析数据，了解当今大学英语听力教学的现状，在此基础上设计基于网络自主学习平台的大学英语听力教学模式。在2014学年的第二学期，笔者选取教育学院2012级一班和二班的学生分别作为实验班和控制班开展实验研究。在实验班，教师引导学生运用网络自主学习平台进行听力教学，在控制班，教师不运用此平台;在学期初和学期末分别对两个班级学生的听力水平进行前测和后测，然后用SPSS对所得数据进行统计和分析，最后得出如下结论:
　　1.总的来说，实验班和控制班的后测成绩相对于前测均有所提高，但实验班后测成绩上升明显，并与控制班后测成绩呈具有显著差异;
　　2.从学生互动情况和他们的上网学习的时间来看，他们的听力成绩和他们在网上的发帖回帖总数呈强正相关，和学生的上网时间呈较弱的正相关性;
　　3.通过访谈，我们发现，大多数学生能够根据自己的英语听力水平选择合适的训练模块，逐步提高听力水平;少数学生还不能有效使用网络英语自主学习平台。
　　基于以上研究结论，作者提出几点教学建议:
　　1.教师在听力教学中应充分了解学生的听力水平，指导学生在自主学习平台上选择合适的训练专区，逐步提高听力能力;
　　2.教师在课堂上应该传授一些网络自主学习平台的操作技巧，引导学生正确安排网上学习和娱乐的时间，有效运用网络平台提高自主学习能力。
