中英文学作品中女性意识对比研究——以《红楼梦》与《傲慢与偏见》中女主人公为例

摘要

女性意识是指女性对自身作为人，尤其是女人的价值的体验和感悟。对于男权社会，其表现为拒绝接受男性社会对女性的传统定义，以及对男性权力的质疑和颠覆;同时，又表现为关注女性的生存状况，审视女性心理情感和表达女性生命体验。在中英文学作品中，女性在男权社会中的成长、社会地位、爱情生活、教育权利等都成为核心主题。《红楼梦》与《傲慢与偏见》分别是中国和英国18世纪的现实主义名著，两部作品中女主人公人物饱满，性格迥异。作者在刻画人物时通过家庭琐事、爱情婚姻、教育权力等反映当时在男权社会下女性的地位状况及女性逐渐的自我觉醒。
　　本文采用文献研究法和对比分析法对《红楼梦》与《傲慢与偏见》中的主要女性人物角色和人物对话进行对比分析，从女性意识中的自我意识、受教育意识、婚姻观等角度探究《傲慢与偏见》《红楼梦》中女性意识的异同，并寻找这些差异的根源。研究发现其差异表现为三方面:在受教育意识方面，从受过教育的女性来看，她们所学的内容有所不同，前者是在伦理道德允许的范畴之内进行学习，后者是学习生活中的必备技能;在自我意识方面，两部作品的女主人公都渴望自由，平等和独立，但由于文化背景的差异，两个人的结局也各有不同;在婚姻观方面，两部作品的女主人公都追求自由婚姻，但由于时代背景的差异，两者的结局大相径庭，傲慢与偏见中的婚姻归宿大多数是幸福的，而红楼梦的婚姻许多却以悲剧收场。研究告诉，作为女性必须要有独立自主意识，依靠自己的能力才能争取想要的权利和幸福。
