朱光潜美学翻译思想下的《美学指南》翻译实践报告

摘要

本报告将从朱光潜先生的翻译思想出发，以《美学指南》一书第五章的英译汉为例，探讨美学著作的语言特征以及汉译翻译的特点和难点，旨在提出美学文本可行的翻译策略和方法。
　　本报告分为五个章节:第一章为引文，简述翻译任务的来源以及译前的准备工作，包括查找相关美学资料和平行文本，列出文本中的专有名词及其相对应的汉语意思等。第二章，以改革开放为时间界线介绍西方美学著作在其前后的两个时期在国内的翻译情况，以此突出美学著作翻译的必要性和价值。第三章为理论概述，重点介绍朱光潜对西方美学著作的翻译以及他的翻译思想。从翻译变体、思想和语言的统一以及朱光潜的翻译方法三部分进行论述，为下文例子分析提供理论依据。第四章针对术语的翻译、长句的翻译以及整体翻译这三方面进行展开，结合翻译实践中的实例，提出了切实可行的翻译策略。第五章为结语，总结本次翻译的心得体会。
