中学英语语法教学研究：构式语法视角

摘要

语法教学是外语教学的重要组成部分。传统的语法教学过分注重语法规则的讲解与学习而忽略了语法形式对语义的表达以及形式与意义的结合。二十世纪八十年代以来，随着交际教学法的兴起，语法教学又走向了另一个极端。交际教学法强调对学生交际能力的培养，对语法教学重视不够。学生的语法运用能力明显下降。实践证明语法教学是语言教学的一个重要组成部分，在中学英语教学中不能忽视语法教学。然而，教什么和怎么教是一个值得深入探讨的问题。
　　构式语法是近年来语言及语言学研究中的一个热点，它强调形式和意义及功能的匹配、强调以概括(generalization)为基础的构式习得观。这些理念加深了人们对语法属性的理解，为英语语法教学开拓了新的视阈。
　　本论文在对三十节中学英语课堂教学录像观察的基础上，考察中学英语语法教学的现状，发现语法教学中实际存在的问题，这些问题主要包括对语法教学的重视不够;语法教学的方法单一;语法教学脱离语境;针对语法项目的巩固练习不足;过多重视形式而忽略意义以及二者的结合。
　　试图用构式语法理论来解决中学英语语法教学的问题。从构式语法的视角来看，中学英语语法教学的内容既应该包括传统语法的词法和句法，又应该包括形式和意义/功能。中学英语语法教学的方法应秉着从简单构式到复杂构式，从实例构式到图示构式再到实例构式以及形式与意义并重的原则。
