《中医疗眼疾》（前言介绍及第一章至第三章）汉译实践报告

摘要

本篇翻译实践报告是基于Andy Rosenfarb所著的Healing Your Eyes with ChineseMedicine《中医疗眼疾》一书的前言介绍及第一至第三章的翻译过程形成的。该项目由江西心客投资有限公司发起，计划在江西省建立一个中医眼科医院。这本书是在前期调研中收集的资料的一部分。
　　根据文本的语言特点，笔者选择等效翻译理论作为翻译的指导理论。本报告简要介绍了等效翻译理论并探讨了在该理论的指导下词语、句子结构和篇章三个层面的翻译。翻译词汇时，笔者运用各种翻译方法，如释义法、直译法和分译法。在翻译句子结构时，笔者根据上下文把被动语态译成汉语主动语态，把无灵主语译成有灵主语。对于复杂的句子，笔者分析其逻辑结构，拆分，简化，以明其意。在处理复杂句时，笔者采用了顺译法、逆译法和分译法。在篇章翻译时，笔者关注文章的连贯性。根据汉语的特点，使用重复和加连接词的手法使译文更简洁，清晰，容易理解。此外，笔者注重篇章中医特色措辞的应用。
　　通过本次实践，作者对翻译方法有了更多经验。本次实践不仅提高了笔者的翻译能力，也为作者提供了一个机会去学习和理解中医。然而，本报告仍然有一些不足。对于一些句子的翻译，虽然作者与中医生进行过探讨，但仍缺乏权威性。在未来，笔者将继续学习更多的中医专业知识和翻译知识，努力成为一名合格的译者。
