上海泰国餐厅不同所有权形式下的管理方式——以“清迈府泰国料理”和“泰国家”为例

摘要

该论文的目的是研究上海泰国餐厅的背景和普遍性知识,研究不同所有制形式下反映出业务部分的不同管理风格,其中包括“清迈府泰国料理”和“泰国家”餐厅的行政、财务、会计、生产、采购和营销。
　　 论文的结果表明,虽然“清迈府泰国料理”和“泰国家”餐厅采用几乎相同的经营方式,但由于不同的所有制形式而产生相应的不同。我们可以看到,每个餐厅有相同的目标,提升每个人的食物品质,欢迎更多的客户前来,为了快速有效地实现这个目标,双方建立了伙伴关系。论文的意义在于将两家餐馆的合作成功地表达出来。
