摘要

The paper studies the phenomena of biomechanics in the internal fixation of bone surgery. The finite element method is used to calculate and analysis the stress status and broken position of the steel plate, and the influences of the plate length, offset of plate position, contact condition of broken bone cross-section, anti-bending to the stress status, screw-lacking and bone-defect to the stress status. With the elastic and contact stress analysis, the stress distribution statuses of plate-bone under different conditions are computed exactly, and numerical results consistent to the clinical phenomena have been obtained to give the qualitative and quantitative guides avoiding mistake operations in internal fixation surgery.
