Manipulation Of Drug Release Behaviors Of Chitosan-based Orthopedic Nano-composites By Paa-coated Cdha Nanoparticles

摘要

The incorporation of CDHA nano-crystals with various PAA coating methods, PAA content and PAA molecular into chitosan significantly altered the drug release behaviors of chitosan through the various extent of polymer-filler interaction. Moreover, the manipulation of permeability could be achieved by simply regulating PAA content, which did not alter mechanical properties significantly. This report could provide valuable information for the design of CS/CDHA composites for the orthopedic use.
