摘要

The objective of this paper was to online determine the soluble solids content (SSC) of apples by near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). The effective wavelength regions of SSC were chosen by interval partial least square (iPLS) regression in the wavelength range of 350~1800nm and 600.02~950.92nm. The models of SSC were developed in static and online measurement modes. The online model was inferior to the static model with correlation coefficient of 0.78 and root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) of 1.04 oBirx. The results showed the predictive ability of online measurement mode was relative poor for determination SSC of apples.
