UL Standard Revisions and Proposals, Harmonization Activities and Significant Proposed Revisions for the 2014 Edition of the National Electrical Code

This presentation will cover the following topics: 1. New UL Standards for Safety as well as revisions to UL Standards will be discussed. 2. Update of harmonization activities, both Binational with the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and Tri-national with CSA and Asociacion de Normalization y Certification (ANCE). 3. Updates to other standards UL uses as part of its' certification services. 4. Significant proposals as a result of the 2014 National Electrical Code (NEC~®) ROP( Report of Proposals) that could impact the wire and cable industry.
