TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT - MAKING THE CONCEPT WORK

We have examined reasons why Total Quality Management has been so difficult to implement. We have tried to explained the basic concepts of the philosophy within the context of the work place and we have given a road map to a successful implementation process. Whether we want to or not, North American industry has to change in the direction of the TQM philosophy. Call it what you will, The philosophy itself is sound and with the proper implementation process and the will to succeed, it works.
