The Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Economy Based on the Scientific Concept of Development and Empirical Research on Liaoning Province

摘要

According to 'adhere to people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept, through screening and rational analysis of economic indicators, this paper established a comprehensive economy evaluation index system. This system includes five hierarchy rules, Economic Development levels, Economic Coordination, Economic Sustainability, Economic Development stability and Economic Share Indexes. Combining the different results applying the Coefficient of variation method, Topsis method and G1 method to established the Comprehensive Evaluation Model, and use the data to analyze the development among the fourteen cities of Liaoning Province.
