Faced with the ferocious market competition, comprehensive management with the effectivernintegration of human resources, techniques and organization as the core is playing an increasinglyrnimportant role in product innovation process. By bringing human creative thinking into play andrnestablishing a competitive and co-operative mechanism of the survival of the fittest and complementaryrnadvantages, integrated management can optimally group various productive elements in productrninnovation process, create new values for consumers and improve the whole efficiency of an enterprise.rnIn the present paper, the author systematically discusses the basic features of integrated managementrnsuch as the whole optimization, harmonic orderliness, dynamic openness and agile responsiveness, etc.rnWhat is more, the author discusses the possible ways to implement integrated management in productrninnovation process.
