产品创新集成模型建立及其评价实现

         

摘要

分析并描述了一种基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)和约束理论(TOC)的产品创新集成及评价过程模型;利用TRIZ工具对紫外光油烟机进行了专利分析及技术成熟度预测.同时,结合TRIZ冲突问题解决矩阵、产品功能结构建模、约束理论的当前实现树及冲突问题逻辑图表等方法,对紫外光油烟机进行了产品创新过程研究.依据所建立的产品形态学矩阵,并集成一种层次分析法与加权计分法的评价策略来评价所建立的模型,最终确定出最优的产品设计方案.%Based on the TRIZ (Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch) and constraint theories, a product innovation, integration and evaluation model is first described. Then, the patent analysis and technological maturity prediction are conducted for UV fume-purifying machines. After the TRIZ conflict problem-solving matrix, product functional structure modeling and constraint theory are integrated for current reality tree and conflict logic diagram,the product innovative process is investigated. According to the product morphological matrix,a combined evaluation strategy of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and weighted scoring method is established. Finally,the optimal design option is determined.
