Urban Planning Stake for urban planning and design, were been the basis of land development, roads and public facilities construction reference. In tradition, according to measured and buried stone marker in the land to define the Urban Planning Stake location of the Urban Planning. However, the cost of buried Urban Planning Stake is too high as well as maintain in the future also has certain difficulty. In the past, when the city was planned, it was divided into two types of urban plans and a bit of urban planning. Will result in waste of costs and human resources, the two maps between the location inconsistencies will also result in the identification of the error. Therefore, this study through the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) aerial production system of high precision true ortho-photo, the location of the image coordinates to replace the coordinates and position of the stake position. Can be used for future work to be used when the stake position, directly to the Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS) high-precision network Real Time Kinematic(RTK) method for stake design, to achieve the goal of the need for follow-up stake maintenance. First use PhotoScan to produce true ortho-photo. And then to AutoCAD Map sets of ground measurements completed stake map. And the coordinates of the Route Border Stake and Road Centerline Stake are measured on the image. And then compared with the coordinates of the actual buried measurement. Compare the difference between the two. This research is based on the re-zoning of the new east section of Beigang Town, Yunlin County which has completed the Urban Land Readjustment. The results show that the maximum difference between the Road Centerline Stake is one centimeter. To meet the standards of Urban Planning Law. The Route Border Stake still has a large error. The measured coordinates can be compared with the subsequent study and improvement.
