Radiation beam with a large tilt angle

The wide beam radiated in the broadside direction from a patch antenna is transformed into a narrow tilted beam using three loop-based plates. The loops are made of strip conductors and have the same outer circumference and different strip widths. A tilted beam of approximately 60 degrees from the broadside direction is realized. A VSWR bandwidth of 8% is obtained.
