Comprehensive Recognition Method for Improving the Robustness of Recognition of Printed Chinese Characters

摘要

This paper presents a new method, Comprehensive Recognition Method, to combine multiple classifiers. It greatly improves the weakness of a single classifier for recognition of poor quality documents. Also, an approach to select rejection threshold of individual classifier based on Punishment Function is put forward. Finally, exciting experimental results are given.
