摘要

In the Chinese construction industry, changes in construction practices compound the difficulty of recruiting employees. There is a growing concern that organizational commitment is often detached from individual employees' job performance. This paper presents a commitment-performance (C-P) link framework to help employers identify the organizational commitment of their employees. The framework provides an alternative for employers to motivate their employees and consequently improve their job performance to meet organizational commitments.
