Study of Financial Risk Early Warning Model Based on the Fuzzy Theory and Improved AHP in the Real Estate Industry

The financial risk early warning system is an important issue which is probing in the economy domain. Establishing an effective financial risk early warning system enables enterprises to evade the financial crisis and decrease financial loss. Thus it guarantees a durative, healthy and ordered operation for the enterprise. The rapid development of real estate industry accumulates its financial risk. Chinese government has brought forward a series of Adjusting Policy. With the entrance of foreign capitals and the serious competitions in this area, the financial risk has been deepened. Based on the theoretical method of financial risk early warning, the Fuzzy Theory and Improved AHP are introduced into enterprise financial risk early system. It uses the fuzzy set theory and method to establish an appraising fuzzy set theory and mode for enterprise financial risk situation. And it builds a financial risk early warning system based on the fuzzy set through the weight which is ensured by improved AHP. The article analyzes the financial risk of real estate listed company and puts forward some defense policies. During the analysis, we will provide a new way for the warning degree measuring and control of enterprise financial risk crisis, identifying of warning omen, preventing and removing of warning.
