摘要

This paper proposes a design that can generate three plasmon-induced transparency (PIT) windows in the terahertz band. The design is composed of two similar sub-structures, in which a metal cutting line (CW) and a metal symmetrical split ring (SSR) are placed on the substrate. Then the transmission spectrum is investigated and three transparent windows with 80% transmittance are involved. The superiority of the proposed design is that three PIT windows are generated. This design can be useful for the potential application in the design and development of multi-band devices.
