On-chip plasmon-induced transparency using a meta-structure in THz regime

We experimentally and numerically demonstrated an investigation of plasmon-induced transparency using a meta-structure on a THz LiNbO₃ chip. A Rabi oscillation-like behavior at the transparency peak was obtained.
