We present the results on the normal-state Nernst coefficient, Q, in the Y1-xCaxBa2Cu2.8Zn0.2Oy samples with different calcium content. The experimental Q(T) dependences were measures and quantitatively analyzed within a narrow-band model using the results obtained previously from the thermopower analysis. The values of the electron mobility and the asymmetry degree of the dispersion law were determined and their variations with increasing calcium content were discussed.
