The study is to design the disposable platform that have functions with mixing, static and sorting after rotating on the table by means of simulation analysis. The study of objective is to apply the research results to do the cancer screening, drug residue detection and water treatment. The results of the analysis and simulation show the microfluid will flow to the reaction zone from buffer zone and sample zone fully when reaction zone is designed stomatch-like after platform rotate at constant rpm and a period of time. They don't flow to the reservoir zone or generate feedback phenomenon. Beside, the microfluid will flow to the reservoir zone from the reaction zone fully when the platform at higher speed rotation for a period of time. Therefore the platform will able to achieve the function of individual flow by special microchannel design and the principle of magnetic.
