Individualized learning from the perspective of distributed cognition theory continuously changes the traditional English learning mode. In this paper, the method for the construction of the model of individualized English learning (hereinafter referred to as MIEL for short) is put forward from the perspective of the distributed cognition theory. The individualized English learning words are effectively recognized through the application processing to the words. Subsequently, the distributed cognition theory is applied to the theoretical knowledge and English learning content obtained to achieve the individualized English learning. Finally, the experimental results show that the method put forward in this paper can improve the English learning level of the students and thus achieve the goal of the individualized English learning from the perspective of the distributed cognition theory.
