The economic development of the region is strongly influenced by the proximity to oil and gas in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District with the high demand for imported resources for productive activities and livelihoods. South of the organization deliver a variety of products to the North of industrial and consumer goods, providing a wide range of the population of the North of social services. The article describes the main directions of territorial development of residential development in all directions of the city of Tyumen.
