Reexamination of intramolecular Heck metathesis in peptides:improved intramolecular metathesis in peptides under microwave conditions

摘要

The intramolecular Heck reaction has been well-established for the construction of complex polycyclic ring systems.Peptide intramolecular macrocyclization and its efficiency using Heck reaction on solid support and in solution has been described before,however no major attempts to improve the yield of the reaction were reported.The reported results showed that the intramolecular macrocyclization is a unique reaction especially for solid phase organic synthesis.
