This paper is concerning about a kind of process which is used to produce functional and natural compounded flavourings using waste fresh bones as raw materials of domestic animals and poultry. The author throws light on enzymolysis process of domestic animals and poultry's bones with compounded enzymes. Five tests are made for comparison. Three of them use single enzymes respectively such as trypsin, neutral protease, alkaline protease. The other two tests uses compounded enzymes. It is proved that the enzymolysis effect of compounded enzymes is superior to that of single enzyme. Main components of hydrolysates after enzymolysis process with compounded enzymes are collagen multi-peptide, amino acids, and free active Calcium. These nuitrients have the functions such as protecting our gastric mucosa and improving gastric ulcer resistance,depressing blood-pressure rising, promoting collagen metabolism of skin, promoting the development of skeleton and preventing osteoporosis. There are data showing that biological active peptide, free active Calcium extracted by the process can be absorbed by man at the rate of 100%. There are up to ten million tons of domestic animals' fresh bones as waste materials in a year in factories at home. Most of the waste bones are casted away, while a little bit of them are processed into feeds, fertilizers, and etc. Here the author worked out the process with waste fresh bones to produce compounded flavourings of many functions. It will not only add value to waste materials in factories, but also protect our environment.
