Monitoring model on the supply demand equilibrium of housing provident fund market ------Taking Shanghai and Xi'an for instances

摘要

This paper uses integrated simulation method, based on the analysis of key factors affecting effective demand and supply of the housing provident fund, supply and demand of monitoring model is established and the Shanghai and Xi 'an of the housing provident fund market supply and demand present situation and future development condition has carried on the empirical analysis. The results show that the influence factors of effective supply of the housing provident fund market for the number of provident fund capture puts and deposit base, effective demand factors for the extraction of provident fund of draw capital and provident fund loan capital. On this basis, the model of the monitoring results of Shanghai and Xi'an was consistent with actual situation, and shows that the model credibility is higher.
