This paper analyzes the causes of decreased reliability of electronic components in critical hardware. The analysis revealed that low-quality washing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) was one of the main reasons for this. Method of purifying water for PCB production facilities taking into account environmental aspects was considered. The method chosen is a closed water supply system using electrochemical purification methods. The paper proposes a way of intensifying the electrocoagulation process to reduce energy consumption and provide sustainable washing quality by using an automatic control system.
