摘要

The synthesis of CoBi_(0.15)Fe_(1.85)O_4 obtained from cobalt ferrite doped by bismuth using the coprecipitation method was successfully carried out by varying the temperature of the titration. In this study the temperature of titration was used at 65°C, 75°C, 85°C, and 95°C. Annealing was then carried out at a temperature of 800°C for 5 hours. The results of the synthesis were then characterized using X-ray Diffractometer (XRD), Fourier Transform Infra-Red (FTIR) and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM). The increase of the magnetic characterization i.e. the saturation magnetization increases and coercivity attribute the increase of the anisotropy crystalline.
