This volume contains selected and peer-reviewed papers from the participants of the 7~(th) International Conference "Heat and Mass Transfer and Hydrodynamics in Swirling Flows" (HMTHSF-2019) held from October 16~(th) to 18~(th) of 2019 in Rybinsk, Russian Federation. HMTHSF-2019 provided an ideal academic platform for researchers to present the latest research findings and describe emerging technologies and directions in heat transfer, aero- and hydro-dynamics and combustion in swirling and vortical flows.
