The 8~(th) International Conference on Low-Dimensional Structures and Devices (LDSD 2016) was held at the Mayan Riviera, an ancient land, where the majestic turquoise Caribbean Sea meets white and soft sand beaches. The Conference took place in a luxury hotel located in Paraiso Beach between Playa del Carmen and Puerto Morelos, with easy access to many Mayan archeological sites and major tourist attractions.
