摘要

DNA conformational change is related to biological function in the living cell such as transcription and translation. DNA formed various formations such as tight-handed B-form DNA(B-Z DNA), left-handed Z-DNA(Z-DNA), triplex DNA, and G-quadruplex. In particular, Z-DNA has attracted attention because of its opposite chirality to the B-DNA. Several Z-DNA binding proteins such as ADAR1 and PKZ have been reported and those proteins stabilize the Z-DNA structure to induce biological events.
