摘要

Fluorescent probes are very useful as sensors for environmental changes or analyte detection. Enzyme-responsive probes provide a versatile platform for monitoring biological process in live cells and in vivo. Most of conventional enzyme-activated probes are designed by masking a functional group on fluorophores or using self-immolative spacers. In this research, to aim at the enhancement of enzyme-responsiveness, we introduced linkers between fluorophore and cleavage site.
