摘要

The metal-catalyzed asymmetric 1,4-addition reactions of organoboronic acids with α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds are among the most significant reactions to construct the corresponding optically active molecules and considerable efforts have been made to expand the substrate scope of this asymmetric 1,4-addition.
