Synthesis of Multinuclear Macrocyclic Complexes that Orderly Assemble Labile Coordination Sites and Its Supramolecular Structure

Molecules with multiple labile coordination sites can be utilized for specific molecular recognition and precise molecular construction. Here we successfully synthesized multinuclear macrocyclic complexes that orderly assemble multidentate complex units with their labile coordination sites retained (Figure).
