摘要

Phosphatase activity in cell nuclei play an important role in gene expression and determining cell fates, such as proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. To reveal phosphatase behavior in living cells, various fluorescent probes that can image phosphatase activity have been reported,1 however, there are only few reports about organelle specific phosphatase probes. In this paper, I focused on phosphatase activity in cell nuclei, some fluorescent probes for imaging phosphatase activity in cell nuclei were designed and synthesized.
