Samples of nickel-zinc ferrites with different contents of nickel and zinc were synthesized by low-temperature pyrochemical nitrate-urea method. The average particle size of the powders was determined by the method of scanning electron microscopy. The microwave absorption characteristics of derived ferrite samples were investigated by the ferromagnetic resonance method. The dependence of the specific microwave absorption characteristics vs composition of nickel-zinc ferrite and vs the resistivity of ferrite powder samples was revealed.
