Perovskite-type LaCo_(1-2x)Mn_xCu_xO_3 catalysts that LaCoO_3 was doped in B-site by Mn and Cu simultaneously that was rare method were synthesized by sol-gel method. It was loaded on γ-Al_2O_3 by impregnation method for the catalyst activity test. Through XRD, BET, DTA, and catalyst activity test, we had studied the relation between the quantity of substitution and the catalyst activity of La_(1-x)Cu_xMnO_3. The results indicated that crystal constant a and unit cell volume V increase with the quantity of Mn and Cu substitution increase. Co~(3+) were partially substituted by Mn~(3+) and Cu~(2+) made the oxidation ability to CO decrease with the quantity of substitution increase; but in oxidation reaction of C_3H_8, when x=0.1, the catalyst activity was the best.
